As expected, Whatsapp is always working on a new feature to make its
platform better, and now we’ve got some upcoming features WhatsApp is currently working on.
This is different from the normal disappearing
feature you are used to. This is upcoming feature is for those who love
privacy, and don’t want to be disturbed at all. You can enable it within
Contact Info and Group Info. You can either choose to manually enable it when a
contact starts a new chat with you or enable it automatically from WhatsApp Settings > Privacy which is
currently under development.
When the user enables Disappearing
Mode, new chats will begin with disappearing messages
on. As we said, this feature is still under development and will be available
for Android and iOS users when development is completed.
