You must have atleas post 20 quality articles before you apply as google adsense
publisher. You should put privacy policy for your blog and take some
time to read the Tnc of Google adsense. However, your .com domain and
self hosted wordpress will be a plus to get easily accepted. Just put
quality articles and it should be 400 word count per article.
