Enabling two-factor authentication on Facebook

Enabling two-factor authentication on Facebook is a simple process. Here are the steps:

Log in to your Facebook account and click on the down arrow in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Select "Settings & Privacy" from the dropdown menu, then click on "Settings."

Click on "Security and Login" in the left-hand menu.

Scroll down to the "Two-Factor Authentication" section and click on "Edit."

Choose the authentication method you want to use - either text message (SMS) or a third-party authentication app.

Follow the prompts to complete the setup process.

Once two-factor authentication is enabled, you will be prompted to enter a code sent to your phone or generated by the authentication app whenever you log in to your Facebook account from an unrecognized device. This adds an extra layer of security to your account and helps prevent unauthorized access.
